Beauty, Aesthetics & Education — Bringing Professional Experience into the Classroom

My name is Francesca Sacco, founder of Francesca Sacco Training Academy of Beauty & Aesthetics.

My journey in beauty and aesthetics has been driven by a genuine passion for helping people feel confident, while also helping aspiring beauty professionals develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence they need to build a successful career.

Over the years, I have developed my experience across a range of beauty and aesthetic treatments, including advanced facial treatments, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, microneedling, mesotherapy, dermaplaning, blemish removal and other professional aesthetic procedures.

Working directly with clients has given me an important understanding of what happens beyond simply learning a treatment protocol. I understand the importance of consultation, client care, hygiene, safety, treatment planning, communication and professional standards — all essential elements of becoming a responsible and confident practitioner.

From Practitioner to Educator

Teaching has always been an important part of my professional journey.

I hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (DET), which has strengthened my understanding of how adults learn and how effective teaching can make a real difference to a student's development.

I have also developed my skills in assessment, including working towards professional assessor and internal quality assurance development. This has helped me understand not only how to teach a practical skill, but also how to assess learners fairly, provide constructive feedback and support students throughout their learning journey.

For me, training is not simply about showing someone how to perform a treatment. It is about helping them understand why they are doing it, how to work safely and professionally, and how to develop the confidence to apply their knowledge in real-life situations.

My Approach to Training

I believe that good training should combine knowledge, practical experience and individual support.

That is why my courses are designed to be practical, easy to understand and focused on the skills students need in the real beauty and aesthetics industry.

Where appropriate, students have the opportunity to develop their practical skills through live-model training, allowing them to gain experience in a supervised environment while putting their theoretical knowledge into practice.

My aim is for every student to leave their course feeling more knowledgeable, more confident and better prepared to continue developing professionally.
